Adele - Rolling in the Deep (Bondo Dubstep Remix)
Ok, this song is coming out of left field. Yes, it is Adele. This is quite the well-known song but I can promise you that you haven’t heard her like this. This British vocal powerhouse has been dubstepped, and dubstepped well. I don’t know much about Bondo but the have made themselves a fine remix.
Now, I understand that there many dubstep skeptics out there. I read the YouTube comments on plenty of dubstep videos..
Examples: Dubstep ruins music. Dubstep just sounds scratchy and loud. Etc…
Dubstep is a misunderstood creature. At some point in my life I felt the same way. It is a distinct taste that you grow into if you listen and enjoy it. Either you will love or hate it. My advice I would give you to is to find a pair of headphones, turn the volume about 2/3 up, and listen. Pay attention to the bass because it will do some pretty crazy stuff. Dubstep is something that you feel more than it is something you listen to. On my BeatsbyDre, I just enjoy the warm quality of the bass. It is like I can feel the inside of my head vibrating. I can feel the power of the sound. Plus, Adele doesn’t sound too bad herself. Like I said earlier, her voice has such power and conviction to it. Just listen with open ears and an open mind and I hope you like it.
